Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most credit card payments. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this web site

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. ( BUT NOT BY E MAIL)

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Returns/cancellation policy


You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time within seven days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price paid. You as the buyer will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

You must inform Cuckoo Marketing immediately in writing and return the products to us in the same condition as you received them, un-opened and un-used, with the security label intact and at your own cost and risk.

If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.

Items returned due to change of mind are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the items value. This charge is for incurred costs associated with processing an order that is not defective. Due to the nature of our products and the ability for them to be damaged on first use, only faults inherent at the time of manufacturing are covered under the returns policy. We personally open and test each one of our products before they are dispatched, because of this we know that an item will 99% of the time be damaged by the user rather than faulty.

Once an item has been tested we re-pack the helicopters withThis unit has been flight tested stickers which you have to break to get the helicopter out of the box, this allows you to see the that unit has been opened and tested.

This procedure specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to the customers at their own cost with an additional handling charge of fifteen pounds.

We request that faults are reported within a reasonable time of sevens days of receipt of the item but can extend this period at our discretion. Customers are responsible for there own choice of product and the suitability for any particular purpose. By purchasing our products you are agreeing to be able to operate these products correctly and safely.

This includes any pre-use mechanical or safety checks required to test that a model is functioning correctly i.e. motor operation and trimming setup. Failure to perform these checks, and subsequent damage as a result of this failure, will not constitute normal use.

Cuckoo Marketing shall not be responsible for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from the use, misuse or abuse of a product or any accessory required to operate such a product.
